Amine Rahal and Abel Schoeman came to construction through different paths, each bringing a distinct background, perspective, and set of strengths to the table. Together, they combine hands-on construction knowledge, design-build experience, and decades of industry insight with a modern approach to project management and client communication.
What connects them is a shared belief that building or remodeling a home should feel organized, transparent, and well managed from beginning to end. Construction will always have its challenges, but those challenges should never become the client’s burden. Amine and Abel approach every project the same way: stay cool under pressure, calm when challenges arise, and collected in how the details are managed, so their clients can remain comfortable throughout the process.
It’s a philosophy they simply call the Four C’s: Cool. Calm. Collected. Comfortable. They handle the first three, so their clients can have the fourth.

Before forming Rahal Schoeman Construction, Amine spent 10 years building and operating SFC Construction, managing residential renovations, additions, and construction projects throughout Tampa Bay.
Amine’s strength is in the management of the project as a whole. From estimating and preconstruction planning to client communication, scheduling, selections, and coordination in the field, he believes the details that happen before and during construction are just as important as the finished product.
His approach is simple: understand exactly what the client is trying to accomplish, establish clear expectations from the beginning, and stay involved until the job is finished.
ABEL SCHOEMAN
Partner | Licensed General Contractor | 31+ Years of Construction Experience
Originally from South Africa, Abel Schoeman has spent more than 31 years in the construction industry. His career was shaped working alongside his father, Hennie Schoeman, through Schoeman Construction, where decades of hands on experience developed a deep understanding of residential construction, remodeling, and craftsmanship.
Abel brings the perspective that only comes from years spent solving problems in the field and seeing projects through from beginning to end. His practical construction knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of how homes are actually built complement the planning and project management side of Rahal Schoeman Construction.
For Abel, craftsmanship is not simply about how something looks when it is finished. It is about knowing it was built correctly underneath everything you can see.

Before we consider a project complete, we conduct a detailed final walkthrough and address remaining items to ensure the finished work meets our standards. After completion, we continue to stand behind our craftsmanship with our 2-year workmanship warranty.
